Well it seems good old Time Warner is at it again, looking to screw over the customer. It has recently changed it’s ToS to make it possible to charge some people it feels are using to much of their “unlimited” plan. Oh and just to make it even more sneaky they have excluded their voice (VoIP) and video (cable TV) from any bandwidth caps/measurements.
I would urge everyone that wrote/called/emailed last time to do so again and let Time Warner know that your not going to support their underhanded tricks to extort more money from folks that are just using their online service the way they advertise it.
